There is no account manager between you and the engineer or designer on your project. Questions go to the person who can answer them, and answers come back the same day.
Across time zones, on purpose
The team spans North America, Europe and India, so there is usually someone awake when you are. Hand-offs are written down, which is why nothing depends on one person being online.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Work is agreed in writing before it starts, with a price that does not grow. Changes are welcome; they are scoped and priced the same way, never slipped into an invoice.
